Robert L. Pennetta, GRI

I was born and raised in Denver, and discovered the Western Slope in 1975 while skiing and looking at rural property to purchase. We settled in Hotchkiss, and my wife, our two daughters, Summer and Bindi, and I operated a fruit orchard on Rogers Mesa before I earned my Real Estate License in 1984.

Candy and I opened Coldwell Banker Colorado Realty, Inc. in 1987, and eventually had offices in Hotchkiss, Paonia, and Delta. The Jacksons’ acquisition of the company in 2005 has allowed me to focus exclusively on my clients and to continue my interests within our community.

As a Board member of Cocker Kids Foundation, DJ, and volunteer with our local Public Radio Station KVNF, and over 30 years of Real Estate experience in Delta County, I am able to pursue my passion for music and motorcycling while helping home, land, and ranch owners in the North Fork Valley.
