Since moving to the North Fork Valley from the Denver area in 1998, I have developed a sincere appreciation for the quality of life and close-knit sense of community that we enjoy. Initially working here in the insurance business, then banking, I feel so lucky to have found my true calling as a Realtor.
Bringing my knowledge and experience, built on the foundation of a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Colorado (’83), and over 30 years of real-world business experience, I look at my job primarily as one of counseling and problem solving, not “sales.” Whether someone is buying or selling, when working with a new client, my first objective is to listen - to understand their needs and goals before moving forward. It’s a philosophy of customer service that is at the core of my way of doing business. And as owner of the company, it is one of the organization’s guiding principles.
Each broker and employee is supported with systems and technology to help them do their job in the best way possible, so that each client gets the result they expect and deserve. The recent purchase and remodel our building at 134 Grand Avenue in Paonia is further evidence of our commitment to serving the local real estate market in the years to come.
If we haven’t worked together yet, I look forward to the day we do.
